My Story

How I started

 

My name is Catherine and although I have always loved baking cakes and cupcakes, up until 2012 I had never considered doing it professionally.  Upon seeing the joy my cakes and bakes were bringing to friends and family alongside the need to be flexible for my three young children the idea of a baking business started to take shape and Catherine's Cakes was born.

I provide cakes, cupcakes and cakepops designed to your specification and all my toppers are hand modelled out of sugarpaste.  If you need a simple box of cupcakes, an elaborate celebration cake or anything in between Catherine's Cakes will be able to meet your requirements.

 

I also cater for special diets and have produced cakes that are egg free, dairy free or gluten free.  If you have any specific dietary requirements then please do not hesitate to ask me.
